Cet article aborde la transition numérique du service d’orientation scolaire et professionnelle au Maroc. Une transition survenue suite à l’intégration de ce service dans le système informatique Massar qui est mis au point au niveau du Ministère de l’Éducation Nationale. Notre problématique a questionné l’impact de cette transition sur le développement vocationnel précoce et la maturation des choix d’orientation des élèves. Une recherche exploratoire mixte a été menée au niveau de l’Académie Régionale d’Éducation et de Formation Drâa Tafilalet, ciblant les conseillers en orientation de l’éducation et les élèves de la 3^ème année collégiale. Les résultats de l’enquête ont révélé l’impact positif que peut avoir l’expression des choix d’orientation via la plateforme Massar sur la maturation précoce des décisions des élèves. Néanmoins, l’accent doit être mis sur la nécessité d’une amélioration de la configuration de la plateforme au niveau du contenu à enrichir et de la procédure à faciliter.

Abstract

This paper seeks to approach the topic of digital transition of school and career counseling services in Morocco. This transition occurred following the integration of guidance service into the Massar computer system which is developed at the level of Ministry of National Education. Our problem question investigated the impact of guidance service’s digital transition on student’s early vocational development and career decision-making maturity. An exploratory mixed research was conducted in Drâa Tafilalet Regional Academy by targeting career guidance counselors and 3rd year middle school students. The results of the survey revealed the positive impact that may have the fact of expressing career choices via Massar platform on students early decision-making maturity. However, the emphasis should be placed on the need to improve the configuration of the platform in terms of content to be enriched and the procedure to be facilitated.
