L’approche processus permet d'organiser et d'encadrer une entreprise en se focalisant sur
l'amélioration de la performance afin d'obtenir un avantage concurrentiel. Bien que l'on pense
que l’approche processus améliore divers aspects de la performance organisationnelle, il y a
un manque d'études empiriques à ce sujet. Le présent article a pour but d'étudier l'impact de
l’approche processus sur la performance de l’entreprise dans le contexte marocain, afin de
répondre à une interrogation principale qui fait l’objet de notre problématique à savoir :
Quel est l'impact de l'adoption de l’approche processus sur la performance dans les
entreprises marocaines ? Pour ce faire, une méthodologie a été adopté basée, d'une part, sur
une revue de la littérature qui a concerné les concepts de base de notre problématique et les
relations entre eux, et d'autre part, sur le choix de l'approche hypothético-déductive à travers
la formulation des hypothèses, formant notre modèle de recherche, et leur test sur le terrain.
Une analyse quantitative des données empiriques collectées est effectuée à l'aide de la
modélisation par les équations structurelles (MES) pour montrer si les effets directs et
indirects entre l’approche processus et la performance peuvent être considérés comme
statistiquement significatifs. Les résultats montrent un impact positif de l'approche processus
sur la performance de l'entreprise marocaine et précisément la performance financière.

Abstract
The process approach permits organizing and supervising a company by focusing on
improving performance in order to gain a competitive advantage. While it is believed that the
process approach improves various aspects of organizational performance, there is a lack of
empirical studies on this subject. The purpose of this article is to study the impact of the
process approach on the company's performance in the Moroccan context, in order to answer
a main question that is the subject of our problem: What is the impact of adopting the process
approach on performance in Moroccan companies? To do this, a methodology was adopted
based, on the one hand, on a literature review about the basic concepts of our problem and the
relations between them, and on the other hand, on the choice of the hypothetical-deductive
approach through the formulation of hypotheses, forming our research model, and their field
test. A quantitative analysis of the empirical data collected is performed using structural
equation modeling (SEM) to show whether the direct and indirect effects between the process
approach and performance can be considered statistically significant. The results show a
positive impact of the process approach on the performance of the Moroccan company and
precisely the financial performance.
