Résister aux changements accrus de l’environnement international, avec la transformation des économies, l'interconnexion des marchés, la concurrence et l'exigence de la demande d’emploi a accentué depuis plus de trois décennies, un intérêt particulier au capital humain par l’amélioration des compétences et la valorisation de leurs acquis à travers le développement technique et technologique.

Sachant que le catalyseur de toute nation ou économie est son capital humain, ce dernier impacte positivement sur la création de richesse, et contribue à la croissance économique chose qui justifie l’importance de l’investissement qui lui est réservé. Toutefois, par défaut d’inexactitude dans les indicateurs de mesure de cet impact, il est difficile de représenter et d’estimer le capital humain.

Notre recherche a pour objectif d’essayer l’estimation de l’impact du capital humain sur la croissance économique à long terme, à l’aide du modèle de la croissance endogène.

Abstract

Resisting the increasing changes in the international environment, with the transformation of economies, the interconnection of markets, competition and the demand for employment, has for more than three decades accentuated a particular interest in human capital by improving skills and making the most of their achievements through technical and technological development.

Knowing that the catalyst of any nation or economy is its human capital, it has a positive impact on wealth creation and contributes to economic growth, which justifies the importance of the investment earmarked for it. However, because the indicators used to measure this impact are inaccurate, it is difficult to represent and estimate human capital.

The aim of our research is to attempt to estimate the impact of human capital on long-term economic growth, using the endogenous growth model.
