Today, companies are investing more and more in social entrepreneurship, known as corporate social responsibility (CSR), and in English, corporate social responsibility (CSR).
This article aims to make a modest contribution to knowledge by attempting to theorize the link that exists between social entrepreneurship and ethics, under the light of the study of organizational theories in the matter and by defining how ethical principles can contribute to the development of socially responsible management within companies having an impact on their performance.
To do this, we first examined the literature on these two variables in order to show the link that exists between social entrepreneurship and ethics, and secondly, we presented a general synthesis which demonstrates the challenges of integrating ethics into management within companies.
