Le début du XXI^ème siècle fut marqué par un regain d’espoir en Afrique avec la création de l’Union Africaine (UA). Cette nouvelle organisation, qui avait pour but d’inscrire le continent noir dans le processus de la mondialisation, a mis au cœur de la politique, le renforcement des projets d’intégration sur le continent. La Côte d’Ivoire et le Maroc, deux pays d’Afrique déjà engagés pour une coopération bilatérale depuis 1962, se sont s’inscrits dans cette dynamique de renforcement de leur coopération. Ainsi, après la crise post-électorale de 2011 en Côte d’Ivoire et, dans le contexte du printemps arabe de 2011, les deux pays entament des reformes afin de faire face aux défis du développement. De nombreux travaux ont été réalisés sur les réformes politiques en Côte d’Ivoire et au Maroc. Cette contribution est un essai de démonstration du caractère exemplaire de la coopération Sud-sud entre la Côte d’Ivoire et le Maroc à travers les reformes faites par chacun de ces pays de 2011 à 2015.

Abstract

The beginning of the 21st century was marked by renewed hope in Africa with the creation of the African Union (AU). This new organization, which aimed to include the black continent in the process of globalization, has placed at the heart of the policy the strengthening of integration projects on the continent. Côte d'Ivoire and Morocco, two African countries already committed to bilateral cooperation since 1962, are part of this dynamic of strengthening their cooperation. Thus, after the post-electoral crisis of 2011 in Côte d'Ivoire and, in the context of the Arab Spring of 2011, the two countries are beginning reforms in order to face development challenges. Much work has been carried out on political reforms in Ivory Coast and Morocco. This contribution is an attempt to demonstrate the exemplary nature of South-South cooperation between Côte d'Ivoire and Morocco through the reforms made by each of these countries from 2011 to 2015.
