Agricultural promotion and development strategies have led the Government of Benin to create several agricultural training centers. These centers called to become "economic units with a commercial vocation", must be efficient in order to ensure their existence. This is what justifies this study, which the general objective is to identify the determining factors of the performance of these centers, with the technical agricultural grammar school of Bariérou (LIAB) in the Commune of Djougou as an experimental framework. The methodology adopted for this exercise is based on documentary research and surveys of a sample of one hundred individuals. This approach was served as a basis for the use of a logit model, which highlighted the variables: profile of managers, users satisfaction, satisfaction of human resources, quality of acts and cost of acts, as determining factors of the performance of LTAB. In view of these results, it is recommended that the Beninese State ensure above all to position quality human resources in the management of these learning centers. In addition, he must ensure the competitiveness of these centers and the satisfaction of users and staff.
