This article aims to analyze the elocution of attractiveness by focusing on foreign direct investment, being a intensively discussed topic and a problem for any government seeking to increase its competitiveness on the international market, as well as to determine the factors necessary to assess the quality of a jurisdiction with regard to foreign investors seeking to relocate to foreign territories. Our research also aims to analyze the situation of Morocco by writing two evaluation grids, we allow to compare between the two years 2011 and 2021, based on 18 attributes determining Morocco's attractiveness through an elaborated personal model based on several researches named EPIA (economic, political, industrial, and others). Data for Morocco's 18 attractiveness attributes are listed on a grid, later transformed into a 0-10 scale grid to accommodate the units of measurement -as each attribute has its own unit- as well as allow readers to have a clear view of the situation in Morocco over the two years 2011 and 2021. The results obtained show that Morocco has recorded over the 10-year period, an improvement in its level of growth, its quality of infrastructure, its degree of political stability, the number of free trade agreements, its interest rate, its industrial, social, and geographical attributes, although, macroeconomic stability, taxation, the availability of labor, corruption, market size, financial liberalization and access to natural resources have underlined a regression, for which we propose improvements for Morocco's attractiveness.
