Territorial intelligence in morocco: international benchmark and development path

The use of territorial intelligence remains one of the means likely to make territories masters of their destiny; the concept of territorial intelligence has caused a lot of ink to flow in all disciplines: management, engineering, science of information and communication… The principle is to create a homogeneous and efficient network of all private and public territorial actors to achieve pre-established results and objectives, particularly territorial development. The practice of IT strategies, on an international scale, takes several organizational forms, namely clusters, competitiveness poles, industrial districts, local productive systems that constitute an innovative tool for the benefit of stakeholders. We wish, in this configuration to define the concept of IT these main elements and the famous forms of organization as well as to identify, subsequently, through an explanatory study, by a non-probabilistic sample (we seek exploration and not representativeness) of 3 pioneering IT experiences. Japan, France and the United States, the main lessons transposable to the Moroccan model mainly the organization in the form of ecosystems becomes a necessity and the establishment of a permanent monitoring system
