Morocco has undeniable assets allowing it to aspire to an ambition of dynamic economic and social development. These assets are primarily linked to its history, its geographical position, its African roots and its membership of the great Mediterranean civilizations.
The wealth of its natural resources, of its human and intangible capital, and of its cultural values disposes Morocco to engage in a process of self-criticism of the old development model and to build a new model which focuses on meeting the needs of the Moroccan population.
The country has engaged on a new policy in which all the stakeholders are committed. The decision taken shows that the State and society are convinced of working together to create favorable conditions to initiate a development process for the benefit of citizens.
In this context, our intervention consists in studying the new model according to the approach of the theory of the Stakeholders.
