Abstract

The term "change management" was born mainly with IT projects. These projects have resulted in the adoption of project management methods with phases of functional analysis with users to collect their needs and their support.

In parallel with the work of Kanter (1983) on resistance, support systems for change have been proposed, in particular by consulting firms.

To establish a synthetic framework of all the perspectives and positioning of the literature on the subject of the management of change in the information system, we will be interested in the context of this article, to expose the different models related to the management of change. in general, and the management of change in the information system in particular
