Abstract

The evolution of the Human Resources Function from a stewardship function to a true strategic function has gone through several stages and phases of transformation over the decades; transformations that have seen the management systems in place regress and give way to new approaches. The progressive collapse of standard management systems has subtly led to the reflection of a new paradigm of the Function, which becomes the Human Capital Function with the emergence of the notion of Immaterial Capital. It was therefore fundamental to address the question of the foundations of Human Capital Management and its levers in the context of the valuation of Human Capital in the light of the new development model in Morocco. It emerges that human capital is one of the keys to a company's competitive advantage, and for the function to become a creator of value, an entire management system must be transformed. To this end, we have chosen to rely on reference authors and recent studies in order to provide elements of response to the subject of the transformation of the Human Resources Function towards a Human Capital Function.
