Educational technology (EdTech) companies have grown rapidly, offering innovative solutions for online learning. However, their success depends crucially on the integration of the human factor. This study explores the role of the human factor in EdTech companies' business models, focusing specifically on integrating teachers, learners and managers into their strategy, while addressing their specific needs.
The aim of this analysis is to examine how EdTech companies integrate these key players and how they respond to their needs. To achieve this objective, we adopted a rigorous methodological approach by carrying out a systematic review of recent literature. This methodology enabled us to identify the opportunities and challenges inherent in integrating the human factor, and to analyze the various approaches employed by companies to overcome these challenges.
The results of this systematic review highlight the importance of the human factor in the success of EdTech companies. The development of innovative educational technologies cannot be dissociated from adaptation to the needs and preferences of teachers, learners and managers. This personalization, though complex, represents a fundamental element in maximizing the effectiveness of e-learning.
