The role of the communication in preventing the effects of the Coronavirus on the personnel and professional life of health professionals: Case of the province of Sidi Slimane, Morocco.

The Coronavirus pandemic has caused a major health crisis and exposed health professionals to a critical situation at the national and international levels. This article aims to highlight the factors affecting the psychological and professional life of this category exercising in the health province of Sidi Slimane during this crisis.
This is a descriptive study based on quantitative research (questionnaire) and qualitative research (semi-structured interview). This two-month study was conducted on a sample of 257 health professionals working in the health province of Sidi Slimane.
The results show that the majority suffer first of psychological problems: stress (83.3%), anxiety (67.7%), 65.6% (depression) and then, occupational problems (RPS and Burnout (80.1%). This is due to several factors such as fear of being a carrier of contamination (80.60%) or the risk of being contaminated (60.3%) especially in women (67.10%) as well as high intellectual mobilization (74.60%), physical (55.10%) and emotional (45,80%).
In conclusion, the communication and professional and psychological development of health professionals enables them to better prevent the adverse consequences of possible health crises.
